My mate Luke turned 21 and I made the cake!
His theme was Freaks and Geeks, so we made a croquembouche of eyeballs. I made the balls using Safeway chocolate mud cake mixed with sweetened condensed milk and coconut. Then covered them with white chocolate. Mum and I drew the irises on and then I painted on the blood and veins. Kind of gross but man did they taste nice. You should have been there.  P.S- I know it's not the best quality photo...I didn't take it...but I so wanted you to see the cake. It's ace!!! |
